Writer Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata who wrote Deathnote which was A Huge Success! Now, they've worked together to create another masterpiece Platinum End.

Storyline: A student Mirai Kakehashi who attempted suicide due to his personal problems. He had been treating badly by his uncle from an early age. He lost his parents in an accident which will be revealed on first episode. He gave up on his life and wanted to end it all by taking his own life.

But, an angel appears at the right moment and saves his life.
