 Hotarubi No Mori

Storyline: A girl came for her vacation to her village and suddenly met a strange guy and they became friends. After that, she started visiting every year on summer vacation and it started building a bonding between them. But that strange guy had a disadvantage that if somebody touches him, he will be disappeared and that's whole point of this anime. They literally wait whole year just to meet and when they meet each other, they're not suppose to touch each other. 

My Opinion: 

This is a short anime that shows a great bonding! I woulda recommend this to everyone. A very beautiful story has been shown in a very short period of time. Here it is shown. Love is not of any age. If you want to love beyond your reach, you have to wait. There are many beautiful feelings. The big ones are highlighted here which is very nicely shown and I think everyone should see it. There is a very big example of a very small thing in which I can see it 100%.
